In cases where a payment fails but an amount is debited, or if a duplicate payment is charged due to a technical error, users should contact ICFC OTT support with relevant transaction details. Eligible cases will be reviewed, and refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Service Issues and Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for issues related to internet connectivity, device compatibility, or user error. ICFC OTT reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as prolonged service outages directly attributable to the platform.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank policies, and location. ICFC OTT is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
